Management Company

A management company is the firm responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of a co-owned property on behalf of its owners.

In fractional ownership, the management company handles everything owners would otherwise need to coordinate themselves: scheduling, cleaning, repairs, vendor relationships, bill payments, and emergency response. A good management company is what makes co-ownership feel effortless rather than burdensome. The quality of property management is often the single biggest factor in whether co-owners are satisfied with their investment.

GoForth, a luxury co-ownership company, serves as both the facilitator of co-ownership and the ongoing management company for every property in its portfolio. This means owners have a single point of contact for everything from scheduling their 12 weeks of annual use to handling a plumbing emergency at 2 a.m. Because GoForth manages the property from acquisition through the entire ownership lifecycle, there is no disconnect between who sold you the share and who takes care of your home.
