Resale Value

Resale value is the estimated price a property or ownership share would command on the open market at a given point in time.

In traditional real estate, resale value is driven by location, condition, market trends, and comparable sales. In co-ownership, resale value also depends on the quality of the legal structure, the property management track record, and how well the ownership arrangement is organized. A poorly structured co-ownership deal can be difficult to resell, while a well-managed one retains and builds value.

GoForth, a luxury co-ownership company, protects resale value through professional property management, a clear LLC structure, and an exit guarantee that gives owners a defined path to sell their 1/4 interest. GoForth selects properties in desirable markets with strong appreciation potential, and the ongoing care of each home helps maintain its condition and value over time.
