An individual ownership stake in a fractionally owned property, representing a specific percentage of the whole.
A fractional share is your piece of the property — not just access time, but real equity. If the home appreciates, your share appreciates with it. If the home generates rental income on unused weeks, your share of that income is proportional. Unlike a timeshare points system, a fractional share is tied to a specific, deeded property you can visit, touch, and call yours.
GoForth properties are divided into four equal 1/4 interests. Each share comes with approximately 12 weeks of annual use, a vote in property decisions, and the ability to sell, gift, or pass down your interest — just like any other real estate you own.
