Fractional Ownership

A property ownership model where multiple individuals purchase shares in a property, each having usage rights and responsibilities.

In a fractional ownership arrangement, each buyer holds a deeded interest in the property — typically through an LLC — rather than simply purchasing time. This means owners build equity, benefit from appreciation, and share operating costs proportionally. Unlike a timeshare, fractional owners have a real asset they can sell, gift, or pass to heirs.

GoForth structures fractional ownership with exactly four families per home, giving each owner a 1/4 interest and approximately 12 weeks of annual access. Every owner is on the deed, and GoForth handles scheduling, maintenance, and property management so the experience feels like full ownership without the full burden.
