Is GoForth like a timeshare?
No. You own real property. A deeded 1/4 interest in an LLC that holds the home. You build equity, benefit from appreciation, earn rental income, and have a guaranteed exit. Timeshares offer none of this.
How much does it cost?
1/4 interests start at approximately $250,000, depending on the property. Annual operating costs (management, maintenance, insurance, taxes) are split four ways and typically run $15K to $25K per owner per year.
How do I book time at my home?
Each owner gets 12 weeks per year (roughly 90 nights). You book through our owner portal. First-come, first-served with a fair rotation system for peak periods and holidays.
What happens to nights I don't use?
Unused nights go into a managed rental pool. You earn income on every night rented. Many owners offset a significant portion of their annual costs through rental revenue.
Can I sell my share?
Yes. GoForth offers a guaranteed buyback program, and you can also sell on the open market. Unlike timeshares, fractional real estate has genuine resale value tied to the underlying property.
Who manages the property?
GoForth handles everything, from acquisition and interior design to ongoing maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and repairs. Your dedicated concierge prepares the home before each of your visits.
Where are the homes located?
We have properties across 20+ destinations including Deer Valley, Scottsdale, Costa Rica, the Caribbean, Marbella, and 30A Florida. New destinations are added regularly based on owner demand.
Can I finance my purchase?
Yes. We work with lending partners who specialize in fractional real estate financing. Most buyers put 20% to 30% down with competitive rates on the remainder.
