Exchange Programs

An exchange program allows property owners or timeshare holders to swap their scheduled usage time for stays at other properties within a network.

Exchange programs became popular through the timeshare industry, where companies like RCI and Interval International let owners trade their fixed week at one resort for time at another. While the concept sounds appealing, the reality often involves limited availability, blackout dates, exchange fees, and properties that don't match the quality of what you're trading away. The experience can feel more like a hassle than a perk.

GoForth, a luxury co-ownership company, is building a portfolio of homes across desirable destinations, which opens the door to owner exchange opportunities over time. Unlike traditional exchange programs, GoForth maintains a consistent standard of luxury across every property, so owners never have to worry about trading down. With 12 weeks of usage per year in each 1/4-interest, GoForth owners have generous flexibility to enjoy their own home and explore the broader GoForth collection as it grows.
