A private evening in the Vail Valley
On Wednesday, July 23, 2025, GoForth hosted a small group of guests for an exclusive Penthouse Preview Night at ONE Riverpointe in Avon, Colorado. The evening offered a behind-the-scenes look at one of our luxury mountain residences and a chance to meet the team behind GoForth co-ownership.
How the night unfolded
5:00 to 7:00 PM. Home Tours and Conversations. Guests walked through the penthouse at their own pace, met with founder Adam Capes and sales executive Candi Chuburu, and got candid answers on pricing, scheduling, and what owning a 1/4 interest of a $5M+ residence actually feels like.
7:30 PM. Dinner at Stoke & Rye. The evening continued at The Westin Riverfront with a private dinner. No pitch, no pressure. Just conversation between current owners, prospective buyers, and the GoForth team over a great meal.
Who was in the room
Families and individuals exploring a smarter path to a luxury mountain home. Some were already familiar with GoForth from press coverage. Others were comparing co-ownership against a full second-home purchase or a fractional model elsewhere. A few owners joined to share their experience firsthand.
